Please ensure you read estimated lead times to understand how long your order may take to process.

DPD Local - 1 hour delivery window

The majority of our parcels are sent with DPD Local, If you've provided us with a mobile number and/or email address DPD will email and/or text you with a 1 hour delivery time slot on the morning of delivery. (T&Cs at bottom of page)

Royal Mail

Alternatively, for orders under £50, back orders or very small parcels we may choose to send these via Royal Mail First Class Recordered Delivery. (T&Cs at bottom of page)

Other Important Information

The delivery charge paid at time of order is for one delivery, to one address.

If parts of your order is out of stock with the manufactures we will advise you within 3 working days.  It is then your choice to:

a) split the order and pay an additional carriage charge

b) wait for the outstanding items arrive to us from the manufactures, then we send as one complete order.

We do not ship part orders as standard.

Please note

Once we dispatch your order from our warehouse, it is then your responsibility to ensure that someone is present to sign for the parcel. If your order is then returned to us by the courier due to either an incorrect address supplied or that no one was available to sign for the parcel then we will need to receive a further payment for the same amount of paid delivery at time of the original order. Please note that if you have used a promotional code and received free delivery, then a charge will need to be taken before we will resend your order.

Collection from our Shop

Customers that have placed an order online can opt to collect from our shop for FREE. Proof of order must be presented at time of collection

T&Cs of DPD Local delivery to UK mainland

You'll receive an email and/or text on the delivery day with a '1 hour' window advising when your parcel will arrive (before 5.30pm).

We'd prefer someone to be in at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.  However, if thats not possible there are other alternative options.  For example: change delivery day, leave with a neighbour, in a porch etc. simply follow the instructions within the email or text.

NOTE: Goods specified to be left at the delivery address without signature are left at the customer’s own risk.

When no instructions are given, and no one is available to take delivery, DPD will return the parcel to a local DPD Pick up Shop or depot.

Wherever possible the courier will attempt to leave a calling card, notifying customers of their options. Customers can then either call DPD to request a second delivery on a specific day, or notify the courier they'll collect their order.

DPD will attempt two deliveries before you will be required to pay a redelivery charge. If DPD receive no call from a customer after two attempted deliveries they will return the goods to JJ LEISURE.  Redelivery charges will then be charged at the original cost plus the cost of the return (usually the same again).

T&Cs of  Royal Mail Delivery to UK mainland

This will require a signature, If no signature is available it may be returned to a local post office for your collection. Failure to collect the parcel within 7 working days will mean the parcel is returned to JJ LEISURE. Redelivery charges will then be charged at the original cost.
